Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included with every package — a delivery fee applies by distance. Delivery and setup are typically scheduled 1–2 hours prior to your event start time.

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date will receive a refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date.

Changes & Customizations

Package changes, guest count adjustments, and customization requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event.

Flower Availability

We strive to source the highest quality flowers available. If a specific flower becomes unavailable due to seasonal or supplier limitations, it may be replaced with a similar flower of equal or greater value.

Setup Requirements

Please ensure the setup area is accessible at the agreed-upon time.

Additional fees may apply for delays caused by venue restrictions, inaccessible locations, or delayed entry.

Damages

The client is responsible for any damage to rental equipment, displays, or props provided by Sunday Blooms during the event period.

Weather Policy

For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable setup area. Sunday Blooms reserves the right to modify or relocate the setup due to unsafe weather conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking weddings and any event with 30 or more guests at least three months in advance. Smaller gatherings of 20 guests or fewer should be booked at least two months ahead. Popular dates fill quickly — the earlier you reach out, the better.

Is the flower bar staffed during my event?

Yes — a Sunday Blooms team member is there at all times, managing the bar, keeping it stocked and styled, and helping guests build their bouquets from start to finish.

Is delivery included?

Yes. Every package includes delivery, setup, and breakdown. A delivery fee applies based on distance — see Delivery Information above for the fee tiers.

Can I provide my own flowers?

Absolutely. Our Sunday Stroll package is designed for exactly that — you bring the blooms and we provide the full styled bar experience. Prefer us to handle the flowers? We can add a seasonal collection to Sunday Stroll, or step up to Sunday Garden for a fully curated collection.

What happens to the leftover flowers?

Any remaining stems are packed up and taken with us at breakdown — cleanup is completely off your plate.

Are you insured?

Yes — Sunday Blooms carries liability insurance. If your venue requires proof of insurance, just let us know and we'll take care of it.
